Think closing your property on a Friday is a good idea? Think again! Waiting until the end of the business week doesn't allow any time for resolutions should your lawyer hit any obstacles during closing. If there's a hiccup, you will have to wait until after the weekend (and hopefully it's not a long weekend). I always suggest that my buyers and sellers choose a closing day between Tuesday to Thursday to allow for extra time in case the lawyers need it.
