Born and Raised in Hamilton, Adam has a strong passion for the City. Graduating from Mohawk College with a Marketing Diploma he headed straight into Sales, with real estate coming shortly thereafter. Adam became a Realtor in 2008.
Real Estate has given Adam the opportunity to connect with people on a personal level while guiding them through the process of buying and/or selling Real estate. Purchasing his first home at 21 years of age and extensively renovating that Duplex before moving on to continue to Purchase Rental properties across the city has given Adam a strong understanding of not only Construction, but also the ability to coach Real estate Investors into profitable purchases and sales. Rick followed in the footsteps of his 2 brothers and graduated from the Unviersity of British Columbia in Metallurgical Engineering. Rick relocated from British Columbia to Hamilton to work in the Steel Industry. After a number of years working as a Professional Engineer, Rick left the industry to pursue his interests in real estate sales.
Rick has over 20 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate serving Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and surrounding areas. Rick deals in all aspects of real estate which includes selling, buying, and leasing of residential, investment, commercial, industrial, farm and vacant land properties.
Rick has been a top producing salesperson since 1992 with the Realtors' Association of Hamilton Burlington and was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2001.
